For over 25 years, my intention has been to educate first, and then we can discuss whether or not I can actually help someone. This philosophy has been applied both to myself and my clientele. I am never one to be in a hurry to move on to the next person, and I believe that informed decisions are long-lasting decisions.
I am continuously upgrading my industry knowledge through designations, which I believe will allow me to add value to people’s lives, without having to charge ever-increasing fees. This goes beyond the typical planning services of being a Certified Financial Planner charterholder to helping and supporting executors through my Certified Executor Advisor designation.
My passion is helping families, small business owners, and incorporated professionals plan for their retirement, regardless of age. I do not implement account size minimums, nor do I have targets for revenue by household. My preference is to work with people I like who actually need my services. There is no way that anyone can get along with everyone, so why not work with people you want to spend time with?
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife Adrienne and our two young boys, playing pickle ball, cooking up a storm, and enjoying fine wine with friends.
